Jordan began volunteering his time on many days after schools starting in the tenth grade. Filing paperwork, answering phone calls for administration, and helping with cleaning classrooms has highlighted Jordan’s passion for volunteerism. In his junior year he helped with decorations for the Jr. and Sr. prom. Now as a senior, he works as an assistant after-school teacher and mentor’s the younger children on campus. He is currently an intern at the Charlotte Observer as a writer, will graduate this June and go on to college and pursue his degree.
